    Hiya,
I called out to this dryer today, fault is, customer sets it to cottons cupboard dry, display shows 82 mins, runs perfectly for 5 or 6 minutes then display fogs up and jumps to 0 mins. I thought it might be blocked up not condensing thus steam escaping into display, but filter and condenser unit spotless looked as new. I did notice that there wasn’t any moisture on the condenser unit?! I really cant work this one out as everything looks ok. Can anyone suggest anything I might be missing.

    Cheers 😕

Well its steam from somewhere 😕
Have you checked teh uplift pump assembly from start to finish for obstruction?
If the drawer is used, where the hose enters the dispenser (top rear), remove and look for any lint blockage.
Remove uplift pump as Ive seen a ball off fluff jam the poor impeller 😉

Look also if condenser fan (not heater fan) is working indeed and temperature sensor aswell.

It has an interior lamp, make sure the cover hasn’t gone missing 😉

They have a habit of going brittle and the legs snap off.

What about moisture shorting the sensor wires at the heater plug where it comes thorugh the cabinet?
