Bosch Integrated Dishwasher via Howdens Part No – HAP8600

Hi, First post on here and hoping someone may be able to help and advise.

We’re in the process of buying a kitchen via Howdens. They’ve quoted £473 for an integrated Bosch dishwasher which can be seen here:

4 questions really:

1. Anyone know which particular Bosch model this is?
2. Is £473 a good price for this spec Bosch model?
3. Is it any good?
4. What other 60cm wide integrated dishwasher would you recommend?

Criteria for purchase:

Reliability! Believe it or not our Indesit has lasted 8 years but is rather noisy and we’ve recently moved and the new dishwasher will be part of a open plan kitchen/dining area which will be the hub of the house so want to keep noise down.

Budget is flexible. I was hoping to pay closer to £300 but feel I may have to pay up to £500 to acquire spec I want.

Looks like one from Bosch’s Advantixx range of machines?

Compare by looking on the Bosch site. 💡

Thanks Martin,

I had a look at the Bosch brochure and there wasn’t an Advantixx range! Bizarre as when I googled it, it came up at various retailers..

Anyone else with any thoughts on my queries?

…by the way, the 4 questions you asked the answer, from me at least, is 4 fold, Bosch Advantixx equivalent, Bosch yes,Bosch again yes and finally no.

looks like an SMV50E00GB to me. £473 sounds a realistic price tho. best thing is to speak to bosch before giving the go ahead and make sure they will actually warranty it for 2 years, and howdens havent bought out the warranty to outsource elsewhere
