Bosch integrated f/f

Hi all, I don’t normally get involved with refrigeration but, a letting agent that we do work for asked us to look at the above machine. Customer is complaining that when the t/stat is set on the low to middle settings, the fridge isn’t cooling properly. But when it is on the highest setting it is a little better. Things are generally cooler at the bottom of the fridge than the top, and the items in the door are barely cool.The freezer appears to be ok.
The f/f is approx 7 years old, is it likely to be compressor?.
Any help appreciated.

Hi
Due to the age, compressor or low refrigerant wouldn’t un heard of and the symptoms are swaying me that way.
Ask them if its running a lot of the time and ice formation is contained to top of fridge evaporator also on the condensor pipes on the rear you would expect an even heat along the tops of the pipework.
