A normal problem on this machine would be the impeller jug but the complication is this; the ‘check water’ light does not come on and most of the time the cycle works perfectly.
I attended the machine around 3 weeks ago and found water in the base which was triggering the base float. So I did the normal and soaked all the water up etc. I then restarted a new cycle and guess what, it worked perfectly. Occasional I’ve had this fault where something has stopped the spray arm turning causing water to be jetted into the gap around the door seal which then finds its way down to the base. So I advised the client on this and told them to keep an eye on it.
All was well for 3 weeks. Then it flooded again and again water poured from the front of the machine due to the extremely high water level inside the machine (ie it was over spilling the ledge).
Any ideas?
I cannot for the life of me understand how so much water can enter the machine as the safety float would lift before it over filled??
Cheers,
Steve.
