i usually avoid whitegoods and if someone asks on refrigeration-engineer I always point them here to you guy’s

Now I’m here looking for advice. A very good customer has 2 of these bad boys and neither ice maker is working. One clicks and does nothing, the other does nothing. Both have been on for 2 days waiting my arrival.

I couldn’t get any water to them as it wasn’t available. I told them I would return when they get water. However the evap didn’t feel as cold as i would expect considering a no water state but who knows?

Can anyone give me a heads up on these as I see it’s a version of the old crescent whirlpool icemaker so not too complicated but I couldn’t see a wiring diagram

Also if there are any teardown manuals around that would help as those plastic parts look rather expensive

Any help mucho apreciated
