bosch KAN58A40GB/07 no ice

looked at this guy and it seems it made the ice , tray is full also lots of ice around tray and other parts of ice maker and the agitator in the ice tub is caked with ice a big frozen lump in the bottom of it , anyway it looks as if the mould heater is gone i cant get a reading from the elemnt . but bosch dont sell them seperately ! is this true you have to buy the complete assembly 120 yo yo ? thanks

Have had the water valve letting by and then filling the bucket full of solid ice.

yeah i just dont believe this part cant be sold seperately its tiny with a connector on the end !
