Hi,
My Fridge “Bosch KDN40A73” suddenly started warning alarms to indicate low temp inside freezer chamber. The actual temperature is not measured with my external instrument but from my experience the food packages seemed somewhat sweaty.
My freezer is not overloaded with foods and as far as i can see from the front holes there is no ice on the defrost system.
So, I turned off the device and I disconnected the cable from the power socket for about 2 mins. Then, I turned on the “super” function to cool the fridge as quick as possible. The fridge worked just fine but after 3 days I had the same symptoms. I repeated the same procedure and i have the same results after 2 or 3 days.
I checked the door rubbers to see if they have space or application problems, but they are seeming to be fine.
I am thinking seriously to turn off the device for 24 hours, but its really not a trivial matter for my family and since I did see any ice in the defrost system I am almost sure that it will not help.
So, what seems to be the problem here ? I am an engineer and I can handle to make some measurement with my multi-meter but I don’t know where exactly to focus my attention.
Best Regards,
