Bosch KGH33V63GB/03 fridge/freezer not cooling

Hello all,
i have a Bosch frost free fridge/freezer 50/50 split with a falling cold air system – KGH33V63GB/03

The fridge is not cooling and is around 12°C. -18°C.

This is a list of the symptoms and what I’ve tried:
– The freezer compartment is working fine -22°C.
– I have done a 48 hour defrost
– When I open the fridge door and press the door switch, the fan activates.
The air entering the fridge from the freezer compartment is at 0 – 4°C
I believe there is no thermostat on these models, so what reads the temperature in fridge compartment and calls for the compressor to kick in.? where is it located and how can it be tested?
