    Hi Have a call to one of these next week, fridge side is not working,sounds like defrost problems but not seen one of these before. anyone know of any common problems?

    Best tell your customer to call BSH as it will still be under guarantee.

    More than likely frozen evaporator, there are a few “problems” shall we say that can cause this.

    08705678910 is the number for BSH.
