Hi all, new here and new to frost free also. Just wondered if this fault sounded familiar. On opening the freezer door of this unit, a seemingly faulty state occurs and the temp lights begin to flash. Temp in the freezer is mostly stable and this unit seems to have no problem in the fridge! Cusyomer reports shutting down and turning back on can remedy this but my attemps were futile. Cleared flashing lights by opening and closing door/leaf switch rapidly. Two other things, compressor started once door opened in this state and when closed, fridge circ fan ran in pulses. oh, once running well again, fast freeze feature seemed to bring on same pulsing/flashing fault. No problems with evap, noise, fans or de-frost heaters. Assume board but not sure, loads of bloody sensors! help appreciated. Scott.
