Bosch KGU 3201

I have had this Fridge/Freezer for some years. The temperatures have always been stable at Fridge +5 Freezer -18.
Just lately maybe every couple of days or sometimes daily the alarm will go off and the Freezer temp has dropped to -12/13 By switching to super it goes back to -18 after approx 20/40 minutes if left goes up to -21 but swicthing back to Eco leaves it stable agan until the next episode.
I have looked on the back for an identity plate but there appears not to be one. On the side was a piece of shrivelled paper which I managed to get off KGU 3201 Gb but nothing else. I cannot find the book that came with it.
The control panel is along the outer top with the Freezer controls on the left and fridge on the right. Both have flaps covering the controls.
Can anyone help please or is this a new Fridge/FVreezer

Thanks Dave I did as you suggested but only found 4 under KGU 3201 but none of them were the same as mine.
Any further suggestions would be gratefully received

Engineer time then really.

Check repairs@ and the directories, if they draw a blank, pop up your postcode here and I’ll check the lists I have.
