Hi there, I have a Bosch KGU (not sure on exact model number, where can I find this?) fridge freezer, similar to the one in the photo attached. The other morning, I came to get some food out and the whole unit wasn’t cold at all. A day later, the fridge temp is now at 24C and the freezer about the same if not a bit lower. All my meat has been thrown away (£££…) and I’m lost for answers.
When I turn the unit off, then on again ‘Lo’ flashes up briefly then the alarm beep goes off with a hyphen (-) on the display. this continues until I press the mute alarm button, or turn the thing off again.
Last time the fridge got warm, it was simply because ice had built up in the freezer, preventing it from circulating air properly. We defrosted it and then it worked fine.
please help! 🙁
