Bosch KGU30604GB/02 Error Codes

Hi, I have been asked to look at the above fridge on behalf of a letting agency and they state that it will not freeze down but the lights on the c/p flash, would anyone have any info on this.

The lights flashing are probably just the temp leds flashing because the appliance isn’t reaching the right temperature.
Its a single compressor with diverter valve.
I’d first be looking to see if both fridge and freezer compartments are suffering from not cooling enough. If it’s just the freezer suffering , check for a frozen over evaporator first.

Thanks for your input, called out friday and turned out that it was the compressor at fault and are getting a new fridge due to the age.
