Bosch KGU3120GB Freezer Problem

Problem with the freezer section, only going down to -10C.
Fridge is fine at 4C.
SuperFreeze for an hour only pushes it down to -12C (fridge goes to 2C).

Any suggestions please.

Sounds like the fan isnt spinning to me for some reason.

Check model number?? Could it be a KGV3120GB, if so there should be additon digits after the GB.

Its not my fridge 8) Was just giving a fault reason that most frost free’s have when they float around -10!
Never worked on a bosch so don’t know anything about model numbers.

Probably frozen evaporator.

Turn off,leave for 24 hrs.Then try again.

p.s. have plenty of old towels handy. 😉

Its not the fan, thats spinning OK.

I’ll check the full number at the weekend when I get round to pulling it out from the wall (the number I gave came from the invoice).

I’ll also turn off for 24 hours over the weekend and see if that sorts it.
