freezer is only reaching -7 but fridge is fine. Compresser is not overly hot so pretty sure it’s not gas or comp. It has those stupid plastic clips that break holding panel on in freezer so I did not want to get too involved. The other thing is that the food seems quite frozen still. I’m thinking it may need defrosting even though it’s frost free but wondering if anyone knows of common faults on this model.

Sounds like the fan motor isn’t going round and/or over iced in freezer. Defrost it should cure the problem if it comes back engineer time i’m afraid. Too many possible variables
