Hello,
We have got a Bosch KGU32164GB Frost Free fridge freezer which we purchased from new in October 2004. Tonight when I went to get something out of the freezer it was all frozen up as though it had defrosted and then frozen again. It’s never done this before. The temp of the freezer is normally -18C and it said this on the temp gauge, the fridge was fine as usual at 4C. I had a look at the temp to see if it needed resetting and pressed the C button a couple of times, the temp is now increasing and is currently at -10C so I’ve switched on the Fast Freeze button, however, I’ve noticed that the left side of the freezer is quite hot. Do you think we ought to switch it off until I’ve managed to get a Bosch engineer to look at it? Any advice and help would be great.
