Hi Guys, 🙁
Please help. Called to a Bosch f/f as above, customer reported it had turned off and totally defrosted. When I called it had restarted itself and was running perfectly.
It had obviously stopped because ice from freezer shelves had dropped off into baskets. Nothing obvious I suspect pcb ,am I right ?
Any guidance would be very much appreciated.

Where is it? Get alot of these in winter, they are not supposed to be in garages, sheds etc as freezer is cycled by the fridge thermostat. If it doesnt get cold enough for the fridge to kick in, then the freezer will defrost
