Bosch KSU40 – Water Leaking but Condensor Tray dry

Hi, there is a lot of water leaking from the front of the fridge. I’ve checked all the seals and everything looks okay. I did notice that there’s a rubber bung in the pipe leading into the condensor tray. I asked the seller should it be removed and was told to certainly not remove it. Should I ??

is there a drain hole at the bottom of the rear wall ? ( inside the fridge ) This can sometimes get blocked and cause water to pool up on the bottom of the fridge compartment – it may need cleaning out
