bosch leak

got a bosch d/washer thats got a slow leak that knocks the flood switch on after about 30mins, cant see where its leaking, had motor off and fitted new seal kit to it, but still leaking, anywhere these leak from?

Over the years i’ve had two that had been frozen and the inlet valve had split causing a small weep (one drip a minute), and one other where the small hose between the wash pump and heater box has a pinhole in it.

Had an inlet valve where the centre stalk had unscrewed. Tightened up with longnose pliers. all ok.

The 10 most likely leaky areas are:-

1. Splashing over the top of the Pressure Chamber
2. Circulating Pump seals
3. Salt cap collar loose
4. Water Point under heater box
5. Tiny rusted holes in stainless tub usually under filter
6. Inlet hose connector dripping through rear hole in base
7. Customer opened door during hot cycle and steam shot down vent pipe onto base.
8. Bottom door seal kinked and not seated correctly (perished)
9. Mice chewed internal pipework
10. Heat Exchanger ‘O’ rings not seated properly.

Got to be one of those I reckon? 🙂
