Hi. I have a Logixx Express dishwasher model number SGS69L12GB/01. I am trying to replace the drain pump but I am finding it difficult to remove the base to gain access.
This model appears to be somewhat different from other models, judging by instructions and videos I can find online. Whereas most seem to have simple clips to remove a plate in the base, this model seems to require the removal of a number of small screws. With the machine on its back, I currently have the base slightly loose at the front and able to move it a little but cannot see how to slide it out – something appears to be holding it at the rear. I have removed the front ‘kick plate’ panel and undone the metal ‘rail’ plate and removed the screws hidden under.
Can anyone please provide me with step-by-step instructions for removing the base of this model or give me an idea what is preventing it from being released?
