Came down for breakfast this morning and found our Bosch Logixx (SGS69A02GB) stuck with 46 minutes of the cycle to go. The pump was running, but upon opening it was clear that little or no water had made it inside.

Powering on and off, the pump started up again straight away. On reset, the display changed to “24” (an error code presumably).

I’ve searched through previous postings; did the tilt back test and mopped up the mini flood that resulted (towel not quite in the right place!). Now the pump has stopped running, but the d/w is showing no signs of life except the aforementioned error code on reset.

I’ve used repairs@, so hopefully should be hearing from someone soon. In the meantime does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be?

    Cheers,

    Jim

Well, I’m not sure why, but the dishwasher is working again.

When I got home last night I had another fiddle around with it, and sometimes a reset would work, and sometimes not. Then the rinse aid symbol came on.

So I took all the filters out and gave them a good clean – they weren’t particularly gunged up though – and let some of the water out of the salt chamber.

I was then able to reset it fully, so I set it going on a quick wash and it seemed fine. I then put it through an intensive wash with a bottle of dishwasher cleaner sat in the cutlery rack, and now it seems good as new… 😕

Doing the power on reset thing still results in the display changing to “24” though – anyone know what that actually means?

    Jim
