ParticipantI have a Bosch Logixx dishwasher model SGS66A02GB/20.
It is not working as it is not filling very well (just a little 🙁 ) so can anyone advise on probable causes?I assume that the fill valve will be a first check as well as any blockages in feed or internal pipes but could other microswitches etc. also be a problem?
Symptoms are that the machine seems to function correctly but does not fill much and pressure to arms is very low. However if filled manually into the machine body, all is well and wash proceeds – until next fill is required but repeating manual process ( and again) kicks it off again till end of programme. So assumption being made is that the pump/impeller is also fine.
So I assume that the PCB is fine (but possibly not entirely).
Also can how the heck do you get into the machine to check hoses and valves. I must be being a bit dim but it has defeated me so far 😕 :rolls:

its unlikely to be internal hoses
check externel first
check feed hose not kinked or squashed
check tap and make sure there is a good feed of water getting to dishwasher by removing cold water hose and turn tap on while holding hose in a bucketyou need to eliminate the silly faults before you proceed

Could well be pressure chamber blocked up

So, eventually managed to get to the machine and check the obvious (it’s at daughter’s house). Fill hose, in line filters checked OK and there’s both plenty of pressure and a very decent flow into the machine’s input (check by taking off connector). 🙂
Conclusion – something internal. 🙁
Please advise if you can where to go from here. Still can’t figure out how to get to the ‘works’!! Is this like another post – take top off then left hand panel? 😕
Off hand, can think of needing to check power to and operation of fill solenoid valve and any microswitches/float valves?
Apart from lack of fill everything else does seem fine.

You will need to remove the lid and the LH side panel to expose the water metering matrix. Start the machine, first it drains for 30secs then fills up that matrix and overflows into the tub. Check that out and report back what happens.
