Can anyone suggest what the problem is with this D/W
The items on the bottom rack are not getting very clean, where as the top rack items come out clean?Both spray arm’s are clean as is the two mesh filters.
I’m stumped 😕

The water point (diverter) device has failed. It forms part on the ‘instantaneous water heater’ and will need replacing in order to cure the fault. 🙁

It is connected between the sump and the main circulation pump motor unit. And no it is far from a simple DIY job, costly too!:(

I just googled “bosch Dishwasher Diverter Valve” and read this on diynot.comHeater assembly has an alternator valve in it – this switches the water between the top and bottom rotors. It will have mechanically jammed or electrically failed. not a easy job, part is about 90.00 from bosch ,total strip down of dishwasher and i mean total door off wireloom off tub out the lot .i would save the money towards a new dishwasher .plus if you do it, it will need taking apart again cos of a water leak not good at sealing once they been apart
