Model number taken off the door, a clamped in machine 😈 and customer not at home so no book.
Bosch Logixx washer, 8kg, silver door and large black screen with orange display.
Programmes won’t select as normal. When you turn the dial from the off position, whatever programme shows when the display lights up that’s where it stays, you can’t scroll through programmes. The machine won’t start either, the start button just flashes.
Original fault description of no drain, but no water in the tub so I’m guessing that the fault occurred during a programme and it just didn’t finish.
No fault code showing 🙁
My feeling is that the board has had a wobbly but if anyone has any ideas on this one Monday could be a happier day 🙂

If the Clock face icon shows in the display then possibly the start delay button has been selected? (Press and hold the square silver clock button to reset to 0 hours)
Likewise if the Key (child lock) icon is showing then just press and hold start button for 5 seconds.
If non of the above then maybe the drive coupling between the knob and the control board has come adrift?

Cheers Martin I see what you’re saying but I don’t remember any childlock symbols showing. Plus the display shows whatever programme you get to before the screen light up, whether wash spin or drain=-O
