    We have the above machine that is showing nr0 on the screen with the snowflake in the top left hand corner

    Hi

    We will need the ENR and FD number which can be found on the inside of the door for us to help.

    I’m hoping the details are in the same place on Turkish machines 😉

    The program selector is asking you to select the wash temperature option (I think?) 🙂
