KeymasterBosch Maxx100 conditioner wash out failed?
After the rinse cycle, the fabric conditioner remains in the tray. I have removed and cleaned the tray and there are no blockages. Therefore I reasoned the wash out from above is faulty. After unplugging! I tried to remove the top to check the mechanism, however removing the screws at the rear doesnt allow it to be removed. I have removed screws hiding the front panel but again it wont budge.
Is there a technique for removing these panels? Are there problems with the wash out ie blocked valve etc. The washing powder gets washed in OK from the same tray.. I am a qualified electro mechanical engineer, however the old hidden fastenings beat me every time!
The water in the area is hard and the machine is 3 years ol ❓ d.

Can you post the full model number Frank, something like WFL????/GB?? from inside the door on the rating label.
I’ll have a look at the diagram for you.
Dave.

No need to take the lid off Frank!
Just poke a ‘cable tie’ or similar thin tool through the holes in the top of the dispenser cavity adjacent to/and above the fabric conditioner compartment.
They block up with bacteria build-up and doesn’t need too much effort to clear with the right tools 🙂 😉

Dear Dave – many thanks for the info, it makes life much easier whern you can see what you are dealing with.
Dear Martin – thanks for the cable tie tip, it seems to have done the trick. Funny thing is I did scrub the outlet with a toothbrush earlier. I guess the blockage was before the outlet.
Once again thanks, a very nice website!

Bosch Maxx WFL 2000 washing machine
I found this thread with search as I have a similar difficulty. But having throughly cleaned the dispenser tray (more than once) the conditioner is still not being dispensed. The outlet from the tray is clear and the funnel into the drum area and its outlet is also clean and clear.
Is there another reason for the conditioner not being siphoned through and into the wash?

Can you see on the last rinse before the final spin into which compartment the water is going?

Ahh! Now I understand how it is supposed to work.
But I have no idea at this moment which compartment the water goes into. So at the next wash I will check & reply further.
Thank you for your response.

Hi
If you have low cold water pressure, the conditoner part will not work due to the design (2 valves operating and coming together at a point in dispenser thus operating conditioner unit)greg

I have thought for some time that the cold water pressure is less than it was at an earlier time. That is something for me check as well.
Thank you for your response.

KeymasterHi Dave,
any chance of emailing or posting any info for the same problem with a Bosch MAxx WFL2260.
I’ve had almost every panel off the machine, but can’t see a way to get the plastic part with the holes in it (the part at the top where the water comes through) off without breaking it.
Tried leverage with a small scewdriver but bits started to crack !
Have been using a toothbrush for a couple of years now, but now this doesn’t seem to work anymore.
This is obviously a common problem. Are Bosch aware ??

Keymasteroh,
I will try poking wire/cable tie through holes to see if this helps. Seems to have worked for others on here.
cheers all.
