Cheaper to buy a second hand board surely? I will update you either way. Start looking at the board and the brushes. Is it easier to get that front panel off without taking the whole thing apart.

Some are a right shizz I’ve seen.

if you can get a board

you have to bear in mind that these days a lot of the board look the same but the software changes between models. you would have to look up the part number for both the donor machine and yours and only buy it if they match

Yeh similar to TV’s then.

Motherboards burnt in several places, looks like we have avoided a fire at worst.

Now trying to find a replacement appears to be harder then I thought seems a shame to scrap the machine
