Bosch Maxx9 Door latch broken.

I have a Bosch Maxx door latch that has broken in-side the door. When I close the door I have to use a knife to open( as per the internet) Also operating the door handle does not move the male latch part that goes into the latch receiver on the body of the washing m/c
Please could you tell me how to safely take the door apart and to where to source the internal latch parts?

And listed on Bosch`s website at £125.24p.
The only comment I can make is: bug*er! Shaf*ed by the bloody Krauts, and yet we still come back for more time and time again, God we must either be mad or stupid or both or British!
However having just calmed down…………
If you take the door to pieces and see where the stupid plastic pip on the handle was, then mark it, then drill a pilot hole, and then find a suitable thinnish length wood screw you can make the handle work again so long as the hinge handle pivots are still ok in the door frame`s end moulding, you might have to play a bit with it but it can be done. There`s several on my books running this way out of necessity. One of these went terminal when the poxy pcb failed 6 months on ( nothing to do with this handle buisness ) so it`s a jolly good job she didn`t waste her money on a new door!
Overall Siemens / Neff / and Bosch I have next to zero faith in, or to make it plainer: they are expensive but highly challenged contraptions….I despair at the things I really do!
