    Hi
    Can anybody tell me how to change the inner door glass on this microwave.I have taken the outer glass off but cant see how to release the inner glass.This model has the drop down door. ENR HBC84K551B/02

    Once you have taken the outer glass off, you need to remove the door. There is a plastic bracket on both sides, remove the screws holding that bracket and the door lifts off of the hinges. Remove the inner panel and it will reveal 20-30 screws and all will be revealed.
    I always change the glass seal as well.
