    Bosch Module 264877
Fitted one yesterday and was alright until I pressed the two buttons to reset it and it went to zero and pumped out, but then it got stuck on zero with the last programme light displayed and was doing nothing.
Tried resetting and turning off for a couple of minutes but stayed stuck displaying zero, even unplugged module completley but no change.
Had another module in van that I then fitted and the same thing happened all over again (exactly)
    Can anyone help?

    I’ll at least try Mark….. 😉

I think you can rule out the module for a start in that 2 new modules can’t both be faulty? 😕

I guess you are saying it won’t start on any programme? Because you have confused me over the ‘reset’ issue? In as much as when you reset the machine it should pump for 60secs then switch off, but then the display will always show ‘0’ and one of the prog buttons will stay illuminated as far as I recall on these machines?

So, tell me, have you checked the machine throughout to see if all it’s components are OK (Heater, Pressure System etc etc) prior to sticking in new modules?

Oh yes you do, some of them have a coding plug fitted to the original PCB. IIRC it sits on the rhs of the board.

If there was one fitted it MUST be fitted to the new one too.

I hope you aint binned the original :rolls:

No there was no coding plug on the original as I still have it.

Got to change one of these on a SGI5302gb/07 7901110097.

    Need clarification please:

I haven’t got a coding plug on my old module so that bits fine.

Do I have to carry out wiring change as per Commutation instruction on this model???

Is there programming to be done on this module as I haven’t got any other paperwork in with the module.

    Cheers.

No programming required as far as I’m aware, just a one for one swap. But you’ll need to configure the salt setting once its installed. (IIRC is defaults to setting 0 – I think? 😕 )

Do I have to carry out wiring change as per Commutation instruction on this model???

    Cheers
