bosch/neff half filling with water

Hi i’ve got a typical bosch/neff dishwasher that is only half filling, unfortunately the model No. has been scraped off.

The problem is the ‘heat matrix’ metering tank is only getting about 1cm of water into it. I mean the metering tank on the right hand side of the main fill metering tank. There are 2 solenoids on the ‘salt unit’ and the pressure chamber switchs have continuity through them.

Has anyone come across this problem before? I’ve had machines that have filled the ‘heat matrix’ metering tank and not emptied before but never one that hasn’t filled.

Are you sure the numbers rubbed off its usually along the side or the top of the steel door as you open it, its quite transparent you have to move the door abit to see it clearly, starts with 3 letters like sgs then a long number.
