Bosch not draining 1 min left

Hi

I have turned the unit on its side opened the bottom and found red coloured fat in a white plastic container (right in photo) which may be the cause of my problem. How can I get the white plastic unit out to clear the fat?

I have taken the side panel out but cannot release the pipes to the white unit?

See attached image of red fat stuck in the white plastic unit. Does anyone know hot to remove the unit?

Those are silicone crystals in the water softener unit (aka Ion Exchanger) and not “red fat”……! Don’t tamper with it as it is fine and maintenance free…! 😉
