Bosch oven clock/timer issues

Hi – I have a Bosch double oven ref HBN13M551B/01.

when I select the timer/countdown function and it gets to zero it makes a minor beep and then automatically resets itself to zero clock as if it had been unplugged meaning that firstly the buzzer doesn’t go when the timer is done and secondly the clock needs resetting each time!!!

any pearls of wisdom before I shell out £140 for a new clock part and replace? Could it be anything else?

I’ve tried attaching a video but not sure if it’s uploaded ok or not

well I think its the clock and they are £141.32

now the question you need to ask yourself it do you really need it. If the answer is no then the clock can be disabled and shorted out so you wont have a clock but you will save £140
