Bosch oven door

    I have a new Bosch HBC86Q650B Quantum Speed Microwave Combination Oven which works very well but I have noticed that the right hand side of the door gets very hot but the centre and left hand side remain lukewarm, also I can feel a small amount of hot air being blown from the right side of the door. Is this a fault? I have contacted Bosch about this and was told that the appliance has a cooling fan so this is normal for the oven. Are they right?

    You mean it’s faulty or it’s supposed to get hot?
