    hi,
i haven’t been to this yet but any info would be good as it’s miles away.

    bosch/technic HB9T150GB/01 FD 8506

customer tried to replace oven bulb but the whole lamp holder turned and shorted all the electrics out.
now everything is working apart from the fact that the oven cooling fan is continuosly running all the time.
    any suggestions?
is there a PCB controlling the cooling fan that may havegone faulty?
    ant info appreciated.

It’ll be a Siemens Technik , not a Bosch but there is normally a temp switch connected to the lamp assy itself that is used for the ‘lagging’ of the cooling fan. More than likely this has shorted causing the continual running of the fan.

looks like the contacts have touched the casing of the oven.
Does anyone know if this stat should be normally open or normally closed?
and has anyone a part number please
    technik/siemens HB9T150GB/01

    thanks.
