    Can anyone please tell me the connections to the clock as I made a diagram(below) which are the 240 volt input terminals & the switch terminals.

    Should be easy to check, just see which pair lead to a relay.

    The relay will be a small rectangular box (usually white) with 2 terminals on one end. Those terminals are the switch for the oven on /off supply dictated by the clock setting. 😉
    The other set of terminals will usually just go straight on to the PCB. These will power the clock itself.
