    Weird one this;
    Grill not glowing red on full power
    Element resistance 19 ohms,
    voltage to grill element 147 volts.
    Any one got a wiring diagram, or have i missed something obvious.
    went to call late afternoon after a hard day ,so might have missed something!
    Any help appreciated.
