The detergent slide in and out tray (top left) has recently started to leak from the bottom, any suggestions?

The machine has been working fine, but last night the items came out still wet and when trying to start a new cycle, nothing happens. I can hear the control panel clicking away as if it’s trying to do something, but the machine won’t start a cycle. Any suggestions?

does the door lock ?

have you put the child lock on by accident ?

The door is locked, it won’t open. I didn’t know there was a child lock, how can I check if it is enabled?

I switched it to drain, which worked, and it seems to be OK again now, fingers crossed. Thanks 🙂

maybe the pump is getting iffy. they tend to be intermittent when they wear and the door wont open if there is too much water in the machine

Actually, it seems to be running through the motions, but the motor appears to be unresponsive to the commands I can hear clicking away via the control panel.
