    I have a Bosch Precision WFG2420 washing machine which has recently stopped taking the fabric softener from the tray, the powder is still being taken during a wash

    There is obviously a blockage?

    Can anyone give advise?

    In the roof of the soap box….. Scrub thoroughly, then use a nylon ty-rap or similar to poke through the holes on the roof section.
