Well, it’s finally arrived. Our replacement washer is a WFL 2260. However it comes without an instruction manuel, so may I ask a few questions?

There are 3 buttons on the front; although self explanatory, it would be nice to know how it performs these operations:

    1. 1st up is a “Reducing Ironing” button. Apart from it setting to this dull item itself, how is this achieved? does it have a slower spin?

    2. “Rinse Plus”. Does this add another rinse onto the basic program – or makes existing rinses last longer?

    3. “Quick Wash” – I presume this takes 30 mins or so from the main wash and keeps the number of rinses the same.

Cheers guys! Finally, I occassionally have to wash mats. Is there a program or option that has a higher water level than normal washes. I find that there is only a small amount of water in the drum, and mats do not get washed effectively enough.

That’s it! Over & out & happy Christmas to all on this excellent forum!

    Hi Rob,
That is a decent machine you’ve got yourself.

    1) Reduced ironing – higher water, slow spin.
    2) Extra rinse.
    3) Quick wash – short wash, 2 rinses, slow spin.

    From memory……..

There is a user manual link on http://www.bshappliancecare.com, but the site appears to be down just at the moment.
