Bosch SBV65M00GB/01 Dishwasher not drying

Hi
I have been to this one today for not cleaning and not drying properly.
The filter and sump were full of bits and it was very slow to drain. I cleaned it all up and it seemed to be working ok.
I left it run for a while on the quick wash just to make sure it was getting hot and all seemed fine.
The customer has just sent me an email to say that it cleaning ok now but still not drying properly. The machine completes the cycle and shows no error codes.
Any pointers would be appreciated.

Did they use the quick wash programme ? That has no drying cycle.

Hi,
No they said they used there normal wash, I think they use the eco cycle.
They are going to try a few other settings and report back to me.

This one has come back to me. It washes fine on all cycles but will not dry on any of them. It seems to go all the way through the cycle and doesn’t show any error codes.
