    Hi,

I have a Bosch S13H1B dishwasher (6 years old) and it has stopped keeping the hot water hot. The dishwasher, even on 65 degrees is cold throughout.

Could this be the heating element? Is it worth fixing?

    Thanks
    Lydia

    Hi Lydia,

Can you check that model number please as I can’t see that it exists and it doesn’t look like a Bosch model number?

    Hi Lydia,

Parts will be available for it. 😉

    I think it’s a GSD13*** but there’s a few to choose from, as attached.

    Re: Bosch SD13H1B running cold

Taking 1-2 hours is fairly normal if it’s a “normal” or intensive wash depending on the dishwasher but much more unless it’s a heavy program and you’re into the realms of something very possibly faulty. But, it can be tricky to track down if there even is a fault.

The general rule is that if a washer or dishwasher completes the cycle without stopping or throwing up an error code there’s not going to be a fault as such.
