ParticipantWe have had the above model for a good few years. However it has now decided to let us down. It is not taking in any water. We have removed all spray arms and filters and given everything a good clean. Hubby used his torque screwdriver and checked for blockages in the pump. All clear. If we put some jugs of water in ourselves it will work and the pump is draining okay.
We have had a small leak from the dishwasher as when we looked under the cabinets the floor seemed to be wet. However this leak must have been small as we never noticed it till today?
Could anyone help.

Model number is incorrect. There is an SGS3002, but it is not a UK model.
No fill can be because the hose in the front left bottom corner is gunged up (very common), inlet valve failure (does happen) and “Aquastop” type fill hose being activated by the flood protection system. Given your description of an existing slight leak, this may be the case.
However, without the correct model info, I can’t cross check to be sure.

Penguin45.Where do you access all the above mentioned parts on a semi integrated? Is it from the side or underneath? Much appreciated

Pull the machine out, LHS panel off, look in the lower front corner.
Plug out at all times :zap:
