Hi,
Hoping someone can help. I recently purchased a hisense fridge freezer. Which ended up not working and completely defrosting my entire fridge freezer worth of food after just 6 weeks. Eventually agreed on a refund and purchased a new bosch model instead. [h=1]BOSCH Serie 4 KGN39VL35G[/h] It arrived Saturday however is either deathly silent or ridiculously loud. Its humming is fairly loud especially compared to the hisense or any other fridge I’ve heard to be honest. However it’s making the most annoying rattling noise. It seems to be coming from the top of the freezer compartment. Before I have to go back to currys and complain again can anyone take a listen and see if it’s anything obvious? Not sure how I go about uploading the video of the noise if any one can help?
