Bosch Serie 6 Washing Machine WAU28T64GB/01
Just out of warranty and the touch screen is playing up, it takes 10 goes to get it to work, with opening and closing the doors etc etc.
Is there anything I can do other than replace it?
I looked on bosch website for parts and the have https://www.bosch-home.co.uk/supportdetail/product/WAU28T64GB/01#/Tabs=section-spareparts/Togglebox=tb0102/ operating module – and there are two choices, programmed or not programmed?
Plus there is the display which is part 103 or the facisa part 105?
Any ideas?

(PS I called bosch, its 100+ for call out plus parts or some insurance policy which costs 120quid and if they cant fix it you get 50 quid off a new machine. Its a bit crap for a 2 year old machine)

If your just out of warranty contact bosch and they will do a free goodwill repair

I tried that. No chance…

Yes it you need to speak to the customer liaison department, if not you will only pay the £106 call out as if under 3 months parts should be free
