    Good afternoon all,

I visited a customer’s on Monday, to take a look at the above washing machine.

She reported that it was taking far too long to complete a cycle, and the timer was increasing time near the end of cycle/s.

So, I monitored the above on her ‘usual mixed load 1 hour programme.’

And, it didn’t falter at all throughout. (Draws water, washes, heats, drains, rinses etc and finished programme.)

So, we agreed that she would monitor the machine during the next few washes.

The lady has now phoned to say that her machine is ‘playing up again today.’ On the above wash cycle, she said when it had reached 4 minutes remaining, the timer jumped up to 18 minutes remaining, prior to taking another 1 hour to complete the cycle…

I’ve arranged to revisit early next week, although I’m not sure what else to focus on, as it was perfect when I monitered it on Monday.

It is doing everything is should perfectly. I explained that the timer can increase, if it senses it needs another rinse or spin, but not take twice as long to complete a cycle!

No error codes displayed, and I don’t feel that the power module could be faulty, but would welcome any assistance, prior to revisiting.

    Regards,

    jonty

Mixed load is a 4kg wash load if she’s loading it up will take longer it’s fuzzy logic working on the power module ask her for the manual and it will say wash large and small items together to help the balancing system
