Bosch- severe banging on spin

Hi

Its 2 weeks old but I just want to check i havent done anything wrong before getting an engineer in. On spin the drum ‘bangs’ with a loud metal on metal sound. I removed the 4 transit bolts from the back,its level and the floor is level. Ive checked the machine with a spirit level,yet it bangs like crazy on spin (worse as its starts up)as if the drum itself is hitting something within the machine.

My worry is that if its just the balance,(despite my efforts) and depite being under warranty i may be charged for the callout.

ok, did you take out the plastic supports as well as the bolts?

commonly, people take out the bolts, not the plastic guides

Thankyou very much for your help, 4 plastic guides now removed!! (The instructions only mentioned the screws 🙂
