I’ve recently replaced the Module unit in my dishwasher only to find that it does not respond to any external input. When the dishwasher is switched on it continuously shows “End of Program” and will not change program or respond to pressing the reset buttons.

On first receipt i changed all the plugs on the PCB like for like and as such it was initially believed that since the modification to the L4 plug hadn’t been made it was likely to be the cause. I have now made the modification but the issue remains. 🙁

Can some one please advise me if any of this seems familiar and any steps that could be taken to remedy the issue so that i can get my dishwasher operational again.

Also, can anyone please let me know about the modification to the L4 (6 wire plug) and what happens to the now spare 2 wires that have been removed after wire 6 has taken their place. 😕

    Cheers in advance.

    John.

I haven’t programmed the module at all, but then i can’t find any included instructions that would suggest i need to.

The only documents that I have received with this item is instructions about fitting the coding plug (if attached) but that’s not applicable in this case, the re-wiring instuctions for the L4 plug, which has been done and something about fitting the steam guard (again not applicable in this case since its not a fitted unit).

Given the above am I missing a set of instructions:?:
