Bosch SGS 43e02gb Broken fascia panel

Hi all,
I would love to pick your expereinced brains on a problem I have on my dishwasher.

We bought this machine a good 4 or 5 years ago and the operattion of the door was sligly stiff. By this I mean that the dishwasher door was hard to open and the pulling action would actually pull the whole dishwasher out of its aperture( we have a tiled floor).

I thought this was merely beltsNbraces on Bosch’s part to keep the door securely closed,however recently, the fasci panel has come away from the housing and has actually broken off. I took the door apart as I am an engineeer. Upon inspection, the mountong points of the fascia are absolutely feeble and the plastic used is very brittle.

Have you guys experienced the same and is it a common problem and what has Bosch’s reesponse been?
