    Upper spray arm remains static even though when door is opened quick you can see water coming out of holes. There is a big sound of water at the top but it all comes through small hole in top.
    There appears to be a good amount of water coming in, the spray arm is not fouling anything. Lower arm ok.Any suggestions welcome.

    Check the end holes as if blocked spray will not rotate.

    The arm holes are clear. Tried another one and still same.

    Water point motor in the heater. changes from top to bottom spray arms? Assuming its no older than about 6yrs? Would need a new heater unless there is some thing jamming it
